Aeration & Overseeding

For best results in your lawn treatment, aeration can be done once a year in the fall.  As the aeration improves air, water, and nutrient circulation to the roots, it works along side the fall fertilizer application which is focused on maintaining root health. In addition, the overseeding will fill in thinner areas of your lawn and eliminate bare patches.  This is especially recommended if you have pets.
