Aeration & Overseeding

Typically done in the fall.  Aeration improves air, water, and nutrient circulation to the roots. In addition, the overseeding will fill in thinner areas of your lawn and eliminate bare patches.  This is especially recommended if you have pets. 

Compost Topdressing

We use organic compost, "Orgro" or "Bloom Soil" which is the best on the market.  Applying a thin layer to the entire lawn once a year is the best way to make your grass thick, green, and healthy.  

Weed Control

For those who appreciate a pristine lawn, we typically apply three rounds of fertilizer and herbicide with a mix tailored to each season.
